My mission is to develop graduate medical education programs of the highest excellence. To this end, I spearhead a team committed to enriching the educational experience of physicians in training while adapting to the constant changes in the healthcare field. My primary responsibility is to provide coherent academic strategic planning and leadership to the Scholarship and Research endeavors of Graduate Medical Education (GME). I am immersed in all GME operations actively contributing to the financial, business, accreditation, educational, and managerial standards revolving around ACGME standards. In conjunction with GME Administrative Directors. I have served as an integral member of GME leadership team, responsible for helping to ensure the operational effectiveness of Residency Programs (over 30 specialties). Also, I am one of the main administrative leaders for stakeholders, coordinators, faculty, and trainees.

I am a broadly trained physician-scientist, educator, and healthcare contributor with vast Clinical and Translational Research experience. Highly motivated and committed to advancing medical education and innovation. Equipped with extensive training, and over 25 years of experience in industrial, academic, administration, and healthcare settings.  Published 300 peer-reviewed articles, including journal publications, book chapters, books, US patents, and oral/poster presentations. My publications include highly rated-articles and cover articles. I have also served on the Editorial Boards/Panels of different journals (in various capacities) and reviewed manuscripts and books for over 200 well-known scientific publications (journals and books).
