Academic Alliances - identify and foster critical relationships
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to customize and develop a business portfolio strategy, operating models (internal vs. partnerships), and the leading portfolio of each client.
- Develop comprehensive project management for strategy development efforts such as planning, organizing, and driving project execution (analytically driven).
- Provide thought leadership and creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues that impede the fulfillment of the traced operational goals.
- Develop key hypotheses and insights; define and consult on data collection initiatives. Perform sophisticated statistical analyses.
- Identify and assess potential alliance opportunities – conduct market analysis and support the execution of key partnerships.

Research & Scholarship - Improve your Scholarly Activity
- Actively directs the integration of current and future research-related curricular threads and didactic components by coordinating and/or presenting didactic sessions on research methods and quality improvement.
- Develops and maintains ongoing programming to support faculty and resident knowledge of the basic principles of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical analyses.
- Guide faculty and residents in developing relevant research protocols and Lean Six Sigma quality improvement initiatives. Directs and engages in the process, quality review and dissemination of scholarly posters throughout our clinical learning environments and during annual poster contests.
- Provides proactive leadership, guidance, and instruction to faculty, residents, and staff on designing and writing clinical research protocols including informed consent, IRB applications, protection of participants in research, patient recruitment, and study procedures.
- Contributes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to the DIO and Program Directors, to relevant board presentations both internally and externally by presenting current state of scholarly activity across programs and the value this activity is adding to the relevant clinical learning environments (CLER).
